How to fold three origami ladies-in-waiting

Today I would like to show you a simple way to fold three origami ladies-in-waiting.

In a traditional Hina display, the lady-in-waiting in the middle is a sitting chick, while the two standing chicks are placed on the left and right.

In other words, you just need one sitting chick and two standing chicks.

The folding method is very easy.

There are no difficult steps, so you can finish all three ladies-in-waiting in no time.

In a five-tier Hina display, the three ladies-in-waiting belong on the second tier.

If you also make the inner display pieces from origami, you may want to fold these three ladies-in-waiting to go with them.

Standing-chick ladies-in-waiting

The three ladies-in-waiting consist of two standing chicks and one sitting chick.

First, let me explain how to fold the standing chicks.

Because they stand upright, you can clearly see their standing pose.

They are very cute.

How to fold standing chicks

STEP 1. First, fold it in half to make a triangle.

STEP 2. Next, fold it along the dotted line.

STEP 3. It looks like this, so turn it over.

STEP 4. Fold it along the dotted line.

STEP 5. Next, fold it along the dotted line.

STEP 6. Fold the tip of the triangle to form a step.

STEP 7. Completed! The standing chicks of the three ladies-in-waiting are complete.

How to fold the sitting chick of the three ladies-in-waiting

Next, I will explain how to fold the sitting chick in the middle.
